Digisourced is committed to regularly reviewing and updating our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy and relevant procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective in tackling the issue. Any suspected violations will be thoroughly investigated and dealt with appropriately. 4 Prevention and commitment

Digisourced is fully committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its business operations and ensuring that its suppliers and clients are free from it. If a user, supplier, or client is suspected of being involved in modern slavery, Digisourced will immediately end its relationship with them.

Digisourced requests that its suppliers and clients adhere to its principles by completing modern slavery and human trafficking due diligence questions prior to starting business with them to help identify and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking.

5 Procedures for prevention

Digisourced follows policies and procedures to comply with applicable employment laws and has specific policies related to modern slavery such as safeguarding, grievance, equality diversity and inclusion, and dignity at work. Neither its staff, suppliers, nor clients are in categories commonly considered at risk of modern slavery.

Digisourced is dedicated to providing training to its staff and partners to increase their understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and raise awareness so they can recognize the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and identify and report potential violations of Modern Slavery Act 2015.

6 Breach of this statement

Any personnel of Digisourced who breaches the terms of this statement will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct.

We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach the terms of this statement.
