As one of the founding partners, Jonathan has helped Recann become a multi-million-pound turnover business and has broad skills/experience across business development, delivery, operations, learning & development, and customer engagement.  Jonathan takes pride in building long-term relationships and using his experience to add value wherever he can.

A Computer Studies graduate with over 15 years of leadership experience and a successful background in growing profitable teams with a common goal. Ike has worked across various departments within the industry acquiring an impressive array of skills ranging from business development to financial management and playing a vital role in transforming the organisation’s operational structure.

Ike has helped manage some of Recann’ s key relationships and senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe providing positive value adds at all levels. Ike alongside Jonathan and Robin has been instrumental in the international expansion of Recann which has resulted in the rapid growth of its service offerings and made Recann the success it is today.  

Robin’s recruitment career began in 2010, and in a short space of time, he became the top-performing consultant of one of the world’s largest recruitment businesses. In 2014, Robin’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to partner with Ike and Jonathan to form Recann. Specialising in Contract IT Recruitment, Robin’s combined ambition, passion, and hard work have been instrumental in the shared success of Recann and our customers.

Robin is an out-of-the-box thinker, always looking to improve efficiencies in the recruitment process and reduce the time to hire. He is the product lead on Recann’s bespoke software applications and has an excellent track record of training and developing top-performing consultants.
