We are currently recruiting for an exciting Windows Engineer role working hybrid for a Governmental Client based in Paris, France:
Location : Paris (2 days onsite per week)

Job Role:
- Ensure the maintenance of SMTP infrastructures (corrections, evolutions, monitoring, capacity planning)
- Securing SMTP Infrastructures (ESA)
- Carry out maintenance (version update, patch management, technology watch).
- Deal with incidents escalated by the L2, identify problems, open boxes at Cisco, track them and implement solutions
- Track and analyze performance
- Drafting of detailed technical specification documents.
- Identify and propose areas for improvement
- Participate/lead development projects by reporting to the Management and the Project Manager
Knows:
- Technologies used on the mission: CISCO ESA, DNS, Virtualization, Windows, Linux, CISCO CES, O365 Messaging, Exchange
- Customer-specific tools
