Key Responsibilities:
- As a Public Sector Expert, you will assist the Project sponsor. You will support and supervise current and future public tenders (Innovative partnership and classic competition procedure). You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of coordinating and monitoring the progress of the public procurement as well as supervising the transition period to a possible new service provider.
- You'll have a strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan, develop, and follow up on the scope, deliverables, resources required, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- You set out the guidelines for the innovative projects on access to citizens and other external users of the online services of the Client,
Profile:
As a Sector Expert, you have the following experience and characteristics:
- Experience in a similar position within a gov context is necessary
- You have experience with user research and user experience mapping (UX design)
- Experience in writing proposals for the gov
- Experience in public procurement is also necessary
- The ability to think like a business analyst, follow up with process members, and IT department and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- A keen business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.
- You will have a strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan, develop, and follow up on the scope, results, resources required, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
