Job Description:
We are looking for a CDP consultant with Tealium to join our Audience Management Team, in the Customer Experience & Communications Domain to create and maintain audience segments. They play a crucial role in optimizing audience targeting and engagement strategies. You will be working closely with Product Owner, Area Architect and your team members clarifying business needs and technical requirements and defining how to support them in the best way. In close collaboration with other teams, your team will introduce new features and improvements to our Customer Data Platform services and how it interfaces with other products in our portfolio!
As our Consultant on CDP & Tealium
- With your Team and Product Owner, you will work in a challenging Agile environment in close collaboration with other teams.
- You will participate in the team’s technical/architectural discussions and decisions.
- Utilize the Audience Stream feature of the CDP to create and maintain audience segments.
- Educate and enable teams on the use and benefits of audience segmentation.
- Document successful audience strategies and best practices.
- Identify gaps in data and propose solutions to enhance audience targeting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align audience strategies with business objectives.

Your responsibilities:
- Participate in solution investigation, estimations, planning, and alignment with other teams;
- Develop and implement data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Utilize the Audience Stream feature of the CDP to create and maintain audience segments.
- Educate and enable teams on the use and benefits of audience segmentation.
- Document successful audience strategies and best practices.
- Identify gaps in data and propose solutions to enhance audience targeting capabilities.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to align audience strategies with business objectives.
- Promote and implement test automation (e.g: unit tests, integration tests, e2e tests and performance tests)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, development, testing and deployment.
- Work closely with the team in an agile and collaborative environment. This will involve code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and incident coordination.
