We are seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers specialising in Document AI (DocAI) and automation technologies. The ideal candidates will bring expertise in setting up and managing scaled automation programs, with a solid foundation in project management, development structuring, and a strong understanding of relevant automation tools and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and streamline document processing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development & Scaling: Lead the development and scaling of Document AI solutions in the automation environment, ensuring that solutions are robust, efficient, and scalable.
- Project Management & Structuring: Manage the project lifecycle for DocAI and automation initiatives, including requirements gathering, timeline management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Automation Implementation: Develop and implement automation strategies using relevant technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate automation technologies with various enterprise applications and platforms, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Establish best practices for quality assurance and testing to maintain high standards across DocAI solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance of automation programs, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Engineer with a focus on automation and DocAI technologies
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and scaling automation programs, ideally within a complex enterprise environment
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on structuring, development, and delivery of large-scale automation projects
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and automation frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, RPA tools, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and document processing platforms is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Document AI frameworks and OCR technologies
- Certification in Project Management or Agile Methodologies
