Functional Expertise:
- Configure, customize, and manage all SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll and Time Management.
- Provide expertise in international payroll, covering regions including the US, UK, Mexico, Germany, Poland, India, and Canada.
- Design and troubleshoot Payroll and Time Management PCRs and schemas to ensure seamless functionality.
- Analyze and interpret payroll and time management logs to resolve issues effectively.
- Address critical payroll issues by analyzing the issue, finding a solution and support payroll teams for completion of payrolls on time.
Project Management Activities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver SAP HCM Enhancements
- Prepare and oversee key project deliverables such as Functional Specifications, SMTD, BBPs, and UAT documentation.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to ASAP Implementation Methodology and SAP support lifecycle processes.
Integration and Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Manage integration of SAP HCM with other modules and systems, including FICO, CATS, KABA and Kronos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP HCM solutions with business requirements.
- Support data migration and interface development activities during implementations.
- Analyze business requirements for new programs, reports and interfaces, convert them to technical requirements and work with HR ABAP team and deliver the programs.
Key Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and customization.
- Deep expertise in Payroll and Time Management, with strong knowledge of global payroll regulations.
- Proven track record of leading at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP HCM implementations and 3-4 support projects.
- Strong understanding of Payroll/Time PCRs, schemas, and log analysis.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including Functional Specs, SMTD, BBPs, and UAT.
- Strong integration experience between SAP HCM and other modules/systems (FICO, CATS, Kronos, KABA).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP HCM certification or related module certification.
