- We are looking for a Finance (R2R) Functional/ Business Engagement Lead On behalf of our global consulting client we are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Functional lead to join a Greenfield S/4HANA Transformation project in Paris.
- This would require you to be willing to travel to Paris for 3 days per week, with some exceptions during quieter phases of the project.
- You should have recent experience of leading a Finance track in an S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, and have a good combination of Business Process expertise across the Finance domain, as well as excellent SAP and S/4HANA knowledge. Process / Business Domain knowledge:
Expert in: AR; AP; Asset Accounting; Consolidation, with a good broad solid knowledge across the R2R and Controlling business processes and value chain
Professional qualifications like Chartered Accountants highly desirable Responsibilities:
- Leads and oversees the design of the end-to-end SAP functional solution in their respective business/ functional domain.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Template workshops in the respective business/ functional domain; support cross-functional Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Template workshops on integration topics.
- In the respective business/ functional domain, support the client Global Business Process Owner (GBPO); the Line Of Business (LOB) and Regional Process business representatives; and the Local Business Process Owners (LBPO) and Super Users.
- Drive the definition of a formal value (business) case to justify any non-harmonised processes and/ or any non-standardised SAP solution.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams at offshore to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Leverage excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, effectively translating business language into technical design.
- Authors Functional Specifications and Config Design documents
- Provides functional inputs to data migration, including data mappings.
- Drives SIT for their respective business/ functional domain.
- Contributes to Change Management (OCM) and the business transformation by providing inputs to Change Impact identification for the respective business/ functional domain
- Coordinates and facilitates the UAT which will be executed by the local Business.
- Provide inputs to the Business Cutover Strategy and the Business Cutover Plan
- Coordinates Technical Cutover for their respective business/ functional domain.
- Supports the local Business in the cutover execution in the respective business/ functional domain.
