Context:
- The site is a Small Manufacturing Unit producing Components/Processes for Aero clients (Rolls Royce, Airbus etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and maintains quality control and assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance.
- Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- This role involves supporting quality team to implement quality processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Candidates are required to be fully conversant with AS9100 + NADCAP Quality Management Systems.
