Role 1 Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead the Generative AI (GenAI) project with our client. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical counterpart to the AI Director, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of key GenAI initiatives. This person will be instrumental in managing cross-functional teams, driving agile methodologies, and ensuring alignment between strategic AI goals and project execution.
The role requires strong project management and scrum expertise, coupled with a deep understanding of AI technologies and applications, particularly in large-scale industrial or manufacturing environments. Experience from management consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Bain is highly desirable to bring a structured problem-solving and results-oriented approach to the project.
Role 2 Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the implementation and embrace of multimodal generative AI content creation tools throughout the organization.
- Offer hands-on guidance and training to users, ensuring they master 3rd party tools available on the market.
- Craft and sustain comprehensive documentation and training resources for end-users.
- Collaborate with diverse departments to grasp their needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
- Monitor and assess the performance of multimodal generative AI content creation tools, offering feedback and recommendations for enhancement.
- Identify scalable processes and business opportunities for influence.
- Implement and contribute to the value realization framework to ensure traceability of business benefits unlocked by genAI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies in the area of multimodal generative AI content creation.
- Coordinate an end to end adoption of 3rd party AI tools from procurement, through alignment with internal IT guidelines and policies, to roll out and usage
Role 3 Overview:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of the Microsoft Copilot suite across the organization.
- Provide hands-on support and training / coordination to users to ensure effective utilization of solutions from Microsoft Copilot portfolio such as, e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and customize Copilot solutions accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Copilot tools, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
- Implement and contribute to the value realization framework to ensure traceability of business benefits unlocked by Copilot usage.
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing the value realization of Copilot tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and Copilot technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Copilot-related inquiries and support within the organization.
- Stay updated on the latest Copilot features and updates, and communicate these to relevant teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance metrics.
