- At the Automotive Client, there is a new key program to deploy new financing tools & processes in our organisation.
- Moving from SAP R3 to SAP S4HANA for accounting
- Deploying ARIBA for procurement
- We are currently near to completing the build-phase, and starting the testing phase (ITC-UAT). For this we are supported by a dedicated SI (System Integrator), but we are running a central PMO team to coordinate the different stakeholders and workstreams.
- Concretely we are looking for a new PMO Lead
Main responsibilities of the PMO lead:
- Help the DIA Program Manager maintain the overall cadence of the program
- Ensure that the different phases of the program are done 1) according to plan 2) with the right quality 3) within budget 4) according to the contractual scope
- Build completion
- Testing ITC
- Testing UAT
- Cutover Period
- Hypercare
- Continuous development
- Oversee the different streams, perform weekly reporting meetings, help to deblock roadblocks, ...
- Support on the upwards and transversal reporting of the program
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Create sponsor-level presentations for reporting
- Prepare weekly OpCO (operational committee) and PMO meetings
- Support on budget tracking & reporting
Skills:
- Experience with complex testing phases and/or cutover-deploy phases of a large transformation or IT program are a prerequisite
- Experience with SAP or in Accounting is a plus
- Ability to keep oversight over multiple streams of a large program, with a high level of technical complexity
