Key Responsibilities:
The Program Manager focuses on developing the objectives and strategy of his program and its impact on the organization. For each program, the Program Manager will define and follow up on the necessary projects. To this end, he directs the project leaders involved and monitors the progress of the projects in function of the programme.
Description and responsibilities:
General:
- Ensure compliance and coherence of the processes and principles of the project methodology.
- Participate in the elaboration of strategic objectives and the operational plan for the roll-out of the VoIP environments. You regularly consult with your manager about the activities of the project teams and the needs on an organizational, material and human level.
- Ensure knowledge management and proactively search for relevant information and documentation related to the work area and work environment. Studying the documentation, information and knowledge and making them available to employees and services of the ICT staff department through internal training, internal notes, etc.
