Skills Desired:
- Should have extensive knowledge on reg reporting
- Have worked with regulators and senior banking customers in implementing the regulatory changes
- Worked on service management or service delivery which is an important factor for our role
- Should have ITSM experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in market risk management, risk reporting, or a related field in banking or financial services with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of market risk concepts (VaR, stress testing, sensitivity analysis) and financial products (derivatives, bonds, equities, etc.)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to market risk (Basel III/IV, FRTB)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project.
