B2B Freelance / Contract
30 hours / p week to start (Can be adjusted to 20-39 later
Languages: Swedish & English Speaking a must

Tasks:
- Assign and oversee resources effectively
- Implement project, change, and service management methodologies
- Facilitate communication and coordination, including regular project status updates
- Manage the project within the defined scope, budget, resources, and timeline
- Ensure comprehensive and clear project documentation is produced and shared
- Improve quality, reduce risks, and handle scope changes and stakeholder expectations
- Track and assess performance, offering constructive feedback on deliverables to assigned team members
- Address and resolve complex project-related challenges
- Analyze business needs, define requirements, propose optimal solutions, validate the financial plan, and drive required changes
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business with any of the following Supply Chain Management, IT management or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent English and Swedish in speech and writing, merit Danish in speech and writing
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and order management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP Dynamics, Microsoft Office
- To lead a project team and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, and transportation operations
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Solution-focused with strong organizational skills.
