See Job Role:

  • As an IT project manager, you will be an integral part of the Digital Team.
  • Center and strengthen the team of project managers. The D Service Centre is dedicated to the management and monitoring of the IT activities and projects of the Finance (tax area). It is a multidisciplinary team set up at the Digital to meet the specific challenges and needs of the Client Finance in order to ensure the continuity of service essential to its missions. It also relies on other teams and other skills that are part of the Digital.
  • You will be in contact with the technical teams of the Digital in order to coordinate and actively collaborate in the monitoring of projects in order to achieve the objectives set.

The mission is planned for a period of one year, potentially renewable.

Your activities and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Identify, plan, coordinate and monitor IT activities to be implemented within the framework of projects in compliance with constraints;
  • Have a transversal view of the activities, dependencies and risks of the various projects in a multi-provider, multi-application, multi-stakeholder context and ensure their management;
  • Carry out the above activities from the initiation phase of the project to its final implementation;
  • Prepare and participate in project coordination, monitoring and steering meetings;
  • Ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Produce or contribute to the production of reports, notes, letters, documents and any other support necessary or requested in the context of the mission;
  • Familiarize yourself with existing technical and functional documentation;
  • Actively participate in the activities of the D Service Center;
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the activities, projects and programs of the D Service Center.

  • Management of complex IT projects
  • Knowledge of IT (Infrastructure, operations, architecture, security, development, testing, ...)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in JAVA
  • Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI standards (asset)
  • Knowledge and/or Experience with CI/CD continuous integration tools, Jenkins, Sonar and Gitlab
  • Knowledge and/or Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architectures
  • Knowledge and/or experience deploying in the cloud
  • Knowledge and/or experience with AWS (asset)
  • OpenShift knowledge and/or experience (asset)
