We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Product Data Analyst, who will play a key role in shaping the customer experience from a fulfilment perspective at IKEA. The perfect candidate should possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate proactive initiative. Leveraging data and product intuition, they should guide the direction of development and exhibit adeptness in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cooperating with Product Managers, engineers, UX Designers, and UX Researchers in the development of products within the IKEA fulfilment and core services domain.
- Conducting data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences and verify hypotheses through a variety of different testing approaches.
- Calculating and recommending metrics to describe IKEA fulfilment products, setting KPIs as success metrics, and analyzing large data sets for patterns and dependencies.
- Participating in the creation of strategy and setting direction, aligning cross-team efforts for meeting product goals.
- Having a measurable impact on designed and implemented solutions through constant cooperation with development teams.
We are looking for people who:
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Product Analytics role or a similar role
- Have the ability to formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses independently
- Have exceptional collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets
- Have proficiency in using SQL, experience in writing complex queries (e.g. using navigation functions)
- Have excellent Python programming skills, experience in analysing data by producing scripts that can easily be parametrized and generalized to similar use cases.
- Experience with cloud systems, preferably GCP (e.g.: BigQuery, Storage,..)
- Good reporting and data visualization skills (Looker Studio, Power BI)
