We are running an Omni Channel Planning initiative aimed at improving the current ways of performing its capabilities in supply chain planning. It means connecting customer experience and expectations with how we need optimize our fulfilment network when making forecasting and planning through sales planning, demand planning, supply planning and capacity planning.
There is a need to lead and drive the business architecture - both describing it and connect it to the technical implementation as well as the overall roadmap.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:
- Lead and develop the business architecture for Omni Channel Planning
- Align and translate strategic objectives to strategic imperatives to be connected to key decisions
- Describe the business capabilities, its gaps and maturity uplifts. Provide impact analysis and heatmapping related to the change OCP has
- Connect business capabilities to process map
- Co-develop with Tech Architects and in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, UX and Business leaders on the complete business solution and its transitional steps from current to target state

- Background in software engineering and how to deliver technical solutions in a multi-international company.
