We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our DocAI+ team. In this role, you will focus on optimizing and automating processes within a banking environment, using your expertise to streamline operations and drive efficiency improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance process quality and reporting accuracy through the use of cascading reporting methods and an understanding of the Lego framework. This is a position that requires hands-on experience in quality management, banking, and strategic business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes within the banking sector, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map out current processes and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Implement cascading reporting approaches that translate detailed sub-process data into meaningful insights for overall process improvement.
- Apply quality management (QM) principles to ensure process accuracy, compliance, and high performance.
- Leverage the Lego framework to modularize and organize processes for improved flexibility and scalability.
- Generate detailed reports and actionable insights based on analysis, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on banking operations and business process improvements, providing guidance and support to junior analysts and other team members.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or a similar financial services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Process optimization and automation within banking or financial services.
- Quality management (QM) to drive process improvement.
- Cascading reporting approaches that connect sub-process metrics to overall process performance.
- Lego framework for modular process design and organization.
