You will work for the Chief Information Office of the Client in support of the business partners. The business partners understand the digitalization needs of the project assigned to them. As a business analyst, you will help business partners and their stakeholders identify, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies, and software applications. You are able to translate problems and opportunities into clear requirements and propose solutions that allow the organization to achieve its objectives.
Details:
- You have strong analytical skills for analyzing complex problems, identifying patterns and making data-driven decisions. You will be able to collect and interpret data, perform root cause analysis, and provide insights to support higher-level decision-making.
- You are able to identify challenges of the organization and can make proposals for solving these challenges. You will be able to analyse situations, think critically and develop innovative solutions to achieve the set goals.
- You have an excellent eye for detail so that your deliverables are accurate and complete.
- You have extensive experience in modeling enterprise architecture and processes (such as Archimate and BPMN) that allow you to analyze and optimize processes.
- You are able to bring needs to the surface, analyze and manage them. You have experience in facilitating requirement workshops, and can ensure that needs are well documented and communicated.
- You have experience in analyzing and interpreting data to arrive at meaningful insights. You are familiar with data analysis techniques and tools for making recommendations and supporting decision-making.
- You are able to communicate fluently, clearly and effectively with stakeholders, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
- You can deal with changing environments and are able to learn, both in terms of tools, techniques and methods.
- You can collaborate effectively within a multilingual team, are able to facilitate discussions and promote collaboration so that goals can be achieved. You will work closely with others to deliver the requested deliverables.
