Job Role:
Your working area & responsibilities:
- As UC4 Automation Engineer you are responsible to maintain and improve Job Scheduling Services IT-Infrastructure Landscape
- Initiate corrective actions based on customer satisfaction survey
- Continuous service improvement
- Identify key incidents and collaborate with each team / individual to minimize incidents
- Point of Contact for task in Job Scheduling Services
- Ensuring compliance with the defined quality / safety standards
- Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
- Support Service Request handling
- Support Incident Request Handling
- Manage Customer Project Delivery
- Revenue as detailed in Impact Section
- Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global
- High/ Very High Risk
- Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers
- Manages Project Team
- Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people
- Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others
- Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
- Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development
Experience Required
- Extensive Experience in Automic Workload Automation ( UC4 )
- Very good experience in maintenance of Automic Batch Scheduler
- Strong experience in Architecture, Design and Implementation of High Availability robust Automic's Automation Engine
- Strong experience in Administrative task setup & configuration.
- Excellent knowledge on Application Integrations and security setup for roles and responsibilities of users within UC4
- Project Management experience
